Meet NY’s First CST

Like a CSA* but instead, we’re a “Community Supported Treats” ice cream program. Through our ingredients and mix-ins, we’re highlighting and promoting local makers, bakers, and other small and growing businesses in every pint.

*CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. You might know it as a monthly fruit and veggie box from nearby farms and orchards.

What is a CST?

A “CST” or Community Supported Treats consists of individuals who pledge to support local makers, bakers, and creators through each pint of ice cream. It’s a way to obtain fresh and in-season treats and ingredients directly from the makers that created them.  Plus, it’s an opportunity to try something new. We hope you’ll want to try more of these phenomenal treats and help spread the word.

Together, our purpose is to unite neighbors, strengthen communities, and amplify voices through the power of ice cream. Join us and become a CST member today.

As a CST member, you’ll receive…

An email and text notification when Miss Mona’s small-batch ice cream is available along with select pick-up dates at the Katonah Reading Room in Katonah, NY. Pints feature ice cream mix-ins, chunks, and swirls from community shops, start-ups, farms, and local small businesses. Flavors change monthly. There is no cost to join.
